Standard Rate / Standard rate

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival date is free of charge if confirmed by email to parc@puys.fr. If you cancel in the period between the booking and 4 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the travel sum, if you cancel after that, we will charge the entire amount. We recommend that you take out travel insurance, which normally covers valid reasons for cancellation.

If you have booked with a credit card guarantee, it is good to know that your credit card details only serve as a guarantee for the booking, so nothing has been paid yet. If you have paid online, the amount will be charged immediately.

Non Refundable Rate

100% of the total amount will be charged within two days after reservation if you have booked with a credit card guarantee, or the amount will be debited immediately if you choose to pay online. In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, no refund of the rent will be made; 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Arrival

Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM, if you want to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance
